Description

The HZS90 concrete batching plant primarily consists of the following system modules:

Mixing System: The core component is the JS1500 twin-shaft forced mixer, ensuring high-quality and efficient concrete mixing.

Batching System: The PLD2400 independent metering concrete batcher is used for storage and batching of sand and gravel aggregates.

Conveying System:Aggregate conveying: An inclined belt conveyor is typically used, offering high throughput and stable operation.

Powder Conveying: An LSY-type screw conveyor transports cement, fly ash, and other materials from the cement silo to the weighing scale.

Weighing System: All raw materials (aggregates, powder, water, and admixtures) are independently metered using high-precision electronic scales.

Storage System: Includes the concrete batcher and cement silos. The standard configuration includes three 100-ton cement silos.

Control System: A fully automatic microcomputer control system enables functions such as recipe storage, automatic compensation, production process monitoring, fault diagnosis, and report printing.

Pneumatic System: An air compressor provides high-pressure air to the air storage tanks, cylinders, and valves.

Environmental Protection Equipment (Optional): Dust removal, sand and gravel separators, and wastewater recovery systems are available based on environmental requirements.

The general workflow is as follows: Aggregates are batched by a batching machine and transported to a storage silo via a belt conveyor; powdered materials are transported via a screw conveyor; all raw materials are mixed in a mixer; and finally, concrete is discharged.
