The HZS60 concrete batching plant consists of the following modules:

Mixing System: The core component is the JS1000 twin-shaft forced mixer, capable of producing concrete with a variety of mix ratios.

Batching System: The PLD1600 concrete batcher is responsible for storing and batching sand and gravel aggregates.

Aggregate Conveying System: Belt conveyors are typically used, offering high conveying efficiency and stable operation.

Powder Conveying System: Screw conveyors transport cement, fly ash, and other materials from the cement silo to the weighing system.

Weighing System: All raw materials (aggregates, powders, water, and admixtures) are independently measured using high-precision electronic scales.

Storage System: Includes the batching machine (typically 4 x 12 m³) and cement silo.

Control System: The fully automatic computer control system serves as the system's brain, enabling functions such as recipe storage, automatic head compensation, production process monitoring, fault diagnosis, and report printing.

Pneumatic System: The air compressor provides high-pressure air to components such as cylinders and pneumatic valves, controlling the opening and closing of various material gates.

The overall workflow is as follows:

 Aggregates are batched by a batching machine and conveyed via a belt conveyor; powdered materials are conveyed via a screw conveyor. All raw materials are precisely measured and fed into the mixer for mixing.
